Hi, I’m Julie. I study how organizations really work.
I’m Dr. Juliana Novic, an anthropologist who has spent eight years deploying and governing AI. I bring the discovery methods of ethnography to AI governance, so the frameworks I help build reflect the organization that exists, not the one on paper.
I’m also a co-leader of CLE AI & Data, Northeast Ohio’s 4,000-member community for AI and data professionals.
